Flash!Mob Feb25: OVER THE DEEP BLUE SEA

January's Flash!Mob book isn't due out until next Friday, but here's a heads up on this month's prompt.

The FLASH!MOB prompt for February 2025 is OVER THE DEEP BLUE SEA

300 words... any genre... any style... go wild with the whatifs!

What if...

• a pirate ship finds an unexpected stowaway...
• a treasure map takes its finders on a voyage beyond chartered waters...
• a siren's call brings disaster to a fishing boat...
• passengers on a luxury cruise liner start to disappear in the middle of the ocean...
• a hunt for the mythical kraken takes a dark turn when lightning flashes across the bow of the ship...

Any of these or whatever springs to mind... have fun and happy writing.

A note on wobbly word counts: 300 words is just a rough guide.. anything up to 1k words or so is fine xx
