Flash!Mob Sept: STORM IN A TEACUP

300 words... any genre... any style... go wild with the whatifs!

What if...

• a minor misunderstanding spirals out of control when gossip spreads like wildfire...
• a tiny detail got wrong causes a massive uproar...
• a harmless comment on social media leads to viral chaos...
• a well intended compliment is taken the wrong way and the consequences could be catastrophic, unless...
• the end of the world is nigh... or is it?

Any of these or whatever springs to mind... have fun and happy writing.
